Moments

Complete balance happens in the soft subtle stillness, just before the dawn. It happens on that wooded trail when all you hear is the rhythm of your feet and seeing your breath release into the cool air. Tucking that last crying child into bed you fall across your own bed, listening to nothing but the beating of your heart. That first sip of creamy, sweet, hot coffee. The minute the door opens, after a night of waiting. Complete balance comes in that long awaited kiss, or embrace. Hearing the uncontrollable laughter of a child. Sitting after a long tangled day and a good book in your lap. Kneeling before our Savior.

Complete balance, often comes in the form of those few stolen moments alone.

Our day is filled with moments, that we can rest, re-group and restore our balance. Do you plow through your day at full speed? Do you wonder where the balance in your life has gone?

In every season in life, there are moments of balance. Join me, and embrace those moments.
